I am sorry, the "back to index" links are not working at the moment. The reason is that this site is no longer open to the public. You have to know the special link to enter the site. But: many of the pages are still listed in search engines, so the "back to index" links led everybody to the new site.

Instead, if you know the new link, please use it instead of "back to index". Or use the "back" button in your browser to get back to the index page. I know that this is not very handy, but it is the only think I could think of. I may change it later when the pages disappeared from the search engine or when I ever open the site for the public again (although I doubt that that happens - show me different! Contribute and show me that my work is worth it, then I maybe may open the site again.)

Sorry again to the contributing users. But please do not send your complaints to me, send them to all the lurkers and leechers! ;-)

Now: use the "back" button in your browser to go back to where you started. Thank you for your understanding.
